Refund Policy
At Burnt Foundation, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements will only be considered for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise significantly compromised. Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with clear photos, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approved requests may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, customer ordering errors, normal wear, minor variations, or claims submitted outside of the stated timeframe.
